When applying the material-such as for sound-absorbing panels in elevator shafts-evenly spread the mixture (prepared according to specifications) onto the target substrate. For waterproofing on the water-facing side, where potential leakage points cannot be predicted, slightly increase the application rate to maximize the coating's impermeability, and pay special attention to treating any honeycomb-like areas on the substrate.
For application on the side opposite the water source (negative side), even minor leaks are easily detected; therefore, any leaks must be sealed before applying the waterproofing coating.
Standard dosage: 1.2–1.5 kg per square meter.
Coating thickness: 1.0–1.2 mm.
Application requirement: Apply in a single pass.
Ensure the substrate is clean and properly wetted (fully saturated but free of standing water). Before the coating undergoes initial set, it must be cured by either brushing back and forth with a water-dampened paintbrush or misting with a fine spray; performing this curing process concurrently with application is crucial. Coatings exposed to direct sunlight should be cured by spraying with clean water for 1–2 days.
