Strict quality inspection is carried out throughout the production process. Any defective or damaged boards are removed to ensure consistent product quality.

Installation Guide

Step 1: Prepare the Wall Surface
Ensure the wall is clean, dry, and level.
Remove dust, grease, and loose particles.
Repair cracks and uneven areas if necessary.
Step 2: Measure and Cut the Panels
Measure the installation area accurately.
Mark the required dimensions.
Cut the Carbon Crystal Panels to size using appropriate tools.

Step 3: Apply Construction Adhesive
Apply construction adhesive evenly on the back of the panel.
Use a zigzag or dot pattern for better bonding.
Ensure sufficient adhesive coverage.
Step 4: Install the Panels
Position the panel according to the guide lines.
Press firmly against the wall.
Check alignment and adjust immediately if necessary.
Step 5: Install Trims and Accessories
Install corner trims, edge trims, and joint profiles.
Ensure all connections are neat and secure.
