During the production process, we first precisely press the raw materials using molds, employing in-mold coloring technology to achieve the realistic texture and color of PU stone. For PU stone with the same appearance, we develop 2-4 sets of molds to ensure that each product perfectly replicates the shape of real stone. Next, we spray a water-based, environmentally friendly exterior wall waterproof coating onto the surface of the PU stone to enhance its durability and water resistance.
Installing PU stone is very simple; it only requires installation on a flat, unfinished wall. Its unique insulated snap-on structure provides not only waterproofing but also some thermal insulation after installation. Furthermore, PU stone can be freely cut on-site according to the design, directly pasted using structural adhesive or nail-free adhesive, or installed using exterior wall nails. No dry hanging or mechanical operation is required, and installation can be easily completed by a single person.
